Foot reflexology involves gentle techniques to relax the foot, followed by a series of movements where gentle pressure is applied to different areas of the foot and toes with the aim of holistically bringing about balance and a sense of wellbeing. This complementary therapy takes place lying in a comfortable position with your socks and shoes removed.
